The Charisma Key

Our most popular workshop, this gripping material breaks down what charismatic behaviour looks and feels like, and allows attendees to maintain a positive, confident, effective approach throughout stressful situations such as giving presentations, handling negotiations, leading a team or social networking events.

Typically delivered over a full day, with personal feedback for each attendee, although the general principles can be taught to a larger group and/or in a shorter time.

The Creativity Key

Brainstorming sessions don't seem helpful? Would you like to know how getting ideas could be more like catching snowflakes and less like pulling teeth? We can show you how to harness the power of your imaginations and make brainstorming fun, powerful, productive.

Typically delivered over a half day, or as part of a larger event, or as a precursor to a brainstorming session, facilitated by our trainers.

The Cake Factor

Explore the content of your presentations and the way you shape that content. There's a reason why people would rather watch Die Hard than a documentary or lecture about crime in their own area. That reason is story. In this session you will learn how to use story to your advantage.

Typically delivered over half a day, or over a full-day with a "script-doctoring" component, working on a real presentation in progress, or as part of the Presentations Package.

Dream Team Build

In order to permanently change the way a team functions, you have to change their instincts. Because our techniques work on a deep intuitive level, the lessons that we teach last. Your people can learn how to interpret others' non-verbal communication, see what true co-operation really looks like.

This is usually a half-day session, sometimes paired with a half-day Charisma Key or Creativity Key.
