Introduction

For many years now, The Spontaneity Shop has been bringing insights and skills developed for improvisation in the theatre to the business world.

Our clients value our ability to coach charismatic behaviour, bring teams together, deal with the anxieties that people feel giving presentations or at networking events and to bring out the best in their people at all levels.

They also value the fun that they have on our training events.

How we work

We have a number of popular courses which are typically run for groups of 6-16 over one or two half-day sessions. It is also possible to pick-and-choose elements from one or more of these courses to create the perfect training day for you. You may also want us to create a new series of exercises especially for you.

While these "off-the-peg" courses are available, we like to get to know our corporate clients, understand your business, and work with you to establish what training will be delivered, and how its success will be measured. As well as our main trainers, we have access to a wide range of actors, trainers, theatre professionals and consultants who we may also bring in to assist where our core expertise is not sufficient.
